ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী – BD Magic Shop

BD Magic Shop-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের মোবাইল অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী মানতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। দয়া করে শর্তগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়া

আমাদের অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ ও ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

BD Magic Shop ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য প্রদান করে:

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করার সময় আপনাকে সম্মত হতে হবে যে:

• অর্ডার ও রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য সঠিক এবং আপডেট তথ্য দিবেন

• অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইট আইনসঙ্গত কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন

• অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইট ক্ষতি করা বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা করবেন না

৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• সকল প্রোডাক্টের দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ উল্লেখিত থাকবে, যদি ভিন্নভাবে না বলা হয়

• সফলভাবে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হবে

• রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতির আওতায় হবে

৫. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

অ্যাপ এবং ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট (টেক্সট, ছবি, টিউটোরিয়াল, লোগো এবং ট্রেডমার্কসহ) BD Magic Shop-এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব কন্টেন্ট কপি বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।

৬. দায়সীমা

BD Magic Shop কোনো ধরনের:

• প্রোডাক্টের ভুল ব্যবহারের ফলে ক্ষতি, আঘাত বা ক্ষয়ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের (যেমন: পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস) সমস্যার জন্য দায়ী নয়

৭. সেবা বন্ধ বা অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল

এই শর্ত ভঙ্গ করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা অ্যাপ/ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের অনুমতি বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

৮. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। নতুন শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ও অ্যাপে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে। সেবা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে ধরে নেয়া হবে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন।
